Wordreference.com?

Hey all,

I'm studying French and Spanish, and a website I use a lot is one called www.wordreference.com - for those who don't know what it is, it's basically a load of dictionaries grouped together.

Anyway, my question is, does anyone on here by any chance use the forums on there, and if so, do you have any tricks to make them less frustrating for a JAWS user?

When I post threads (to ask questions about terms which aren't in the dictionaries), it's possible to do it, but it takes ages, and keeps going into something called 'application mode', which I've never heard of, but which makes it really annoying to navigate around.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Oh man, I've used word reference but not with much luck. I know what you're tlking about. I don't really have any suggestions for you now, but if I figure anything out I'll let you know.

Thanks Dissonance. As it turns out, I got a newer version of JAWS when the college updated my computer (JAWS 13) and it seems to cope much better with the site. :)

Thanks Dissonance! I've recently had my laptop updated, and have changed to using JAWS 13. It's much better now! :)
